One of our most requested features is available in our latest release: a built-inTOPdesk integration. TOPdesk is a service management solution, which includes 1st- and 2nd line incident management.
TestMonitor now features an integration with the cloud-based version of TOPdesk. Issues created in TestMonitor can be send to TOPdesk as an incident, retaining all issue details. Issue attachments will be included as well.

In TOPdesk, create a role "TestMonitor" with read-write permissions on 1st- and 2nd line incident management and rest API
Assign this role to the user you’ll use for authenticating in TestMonitor.
Generate an application password for this user.
Use these credentials to setup the integration in TestMonitor.
